Inspired by Boys weekend asian slaw
So here is an Asian slaw that I made today complete with peanuts, bean sprouts and bok choy. Thanks boys.
My advice, just rough out equal amounts of following ingredients and slice um long, thin and delicate.
Ingredients:
Whole unsalted peanuts
Bok choy
Celery
Carrots
Green pepper
Bean sprouts
Fresh basil
Fresh cilantro
For the slaw sauce:
1 lime juiced
2 – 3 tbsps soya sauce
Dash of sesame oil
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic finely diced
1 inch Knob of fresh ginger finely diced
Chili flakes (fresh red chilis are better)
Salt & pepper to taste
Toss the vegetables first then add the slaw sauce.
